Job Description
- Actively collaborate with a Business Analyst Associate on a specific project to gain hands-on experience.
- Analyze existing processes by observing and meticulously mapping current business workflows to understand their intricacies.
- Drive innovation and propose insightful improvements and develop potential solutions to address identified inefficiencies.
- Ensure quality and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by executing test cases and diligently documenting findings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering program.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Basic understanding of APIs or system integrations.
- Proficiency in using flowcharting tools such as Draw.io, Lucidchart, Figma, and others.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX, Development, QA, Project Management, and Stakeholder teams.
- Willingness to work onsite as required.
