Job Overview: Handles tasks and activities related to account handling, master data, and coordination of services.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Acknowledge and create incoming tickets from clients
  • Troubleshoot unit devices and provide feedback to the client ASAP
  • Generate and Analyze reports
  • Coordination of Services
  • Monitor units (delays and unresponsive units)
  • Send emails to clients to touch base with them regarding the services of their units
  • Assist technicians during installation and services
  • Tag vehicle status in the system platform
  • Configure units in the system platform and master list
  • Escalates and turnover all issues that are not resolve in the evening to the day shifter
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Administration, or Information Technology
  • Knowledgeable in Google Workspace
  • Knowledgeable in Lookerstudios and other databases
  • Customer Service Experienced
  • Preferably calls and emails support

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
