Job Overview: Handles tasks and activities related to account handling, master data, and coordination of services.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Acknowledge and create incoming tickets from clients
- Troubleshoot unit devices and provide feedback to the client ASAP
- Generate and Analyze reports
- Coordination of Services
- Monitor units (delays and unresponsive units)
- Send emails to clients to touch base with them regarding the services of their units
- Assist technicians during installation and services
- Tag vehicle status in the system platform
- Configure units in the system platform and master list
- Escalates and turnover all issues that are not resolve in the evening to the day shifter
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Administration, or Information Technology
- Knowledgeable in Google Workspace
- Knowledgeable in Lookerstudios and other databases
- Customer Service Experienced
- Preferably calls and emails support
