Job Description:

  • Nurtures the business relationship with assigned key clients or accounts
  • Understands the clients’ setup, requirements & operational pain points
  • Leads in the resolution of assigned client issues & concerns (tickets created)
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on account performance.
  • Prepares periodic reports & recommends action plans to address pain points
  • Upsells and cross-sells products or services to existing clients.
  • Helps achieve sales targets and contributes to overall revenue growth.
  • Prepares the Project Charter document
  • Ensures the effective flow of information between stakeholders of the project
  • Analyzes reports & participates in quality checking as required by the project
  • Facilitates project workshops & training when required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or any related course.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant account management, project management, customer support, account management, or business analysis experience.
  • Preferably with experience in logistics or supply chain industry or I.T.
  • Has strong business process mapping.
  • Has a basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
