Job Description:
- Nurtures the business relationship with assigned key clients or accounts
- Understands the clients’ setup, requirements & operational pain points
- Leads in the resolution of assigned client issues & concerns (tickets created)
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on account performance.
- Prepares periodic reports & recommends action plans to address pain points
- Upsells and cross-sells products or services to existing clients.
- Helps achieve sales targets and contributes to overall revenue growth.
- Prepares the Project Charter document
- Ensures the effective flow of information between stakeholders of the project
- Analyzes reports & participates in quality checking as required by the project
- Facilitates project workshops & training when required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or any related course.
- At least two (2) years of relevant account management, project management, customer support, account management, or business analysis experience.
- Preferably with experience in logistics or supply chain industry or I.T.
- Has strong business process mapping.
- Has a basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
