Are you a detail-oriented Accounting student looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional finance environment? We are looking for a motivated Accounting Intern to support our team, specifically focusing on Accounts Receivable (A/R) and general financial administration.

What You’ll Do
As an intern, you will play a key role in ensuring our financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Your responsibilities will include:

A/R Management: Updating A/R ledgers per account and assisting in the preparation of sales invoices for customers.

Financial Reporting: Assisting with bank reconciliations, recording daily financial transactions, and managing general ledgers.

Data Management: Maintaining and filing supplier records and legal documents.

Administrative Support: Sorting, collating, and organizing physical and digital documentation to ensure audit readiness.
Minimum Qualifications

Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Problem Solving: Ability to identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting-related issues.
