Job Description:
- Organize and file legal documents, contracts, and other important paperwork.
- Input case-related information accurately into databases.
- Maintain a neat and efficient filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Keep detailed records of filed documents and case updates.
- Prepare AR-Ledger and reconcile terminated accounts.
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. Accountancy Graduate or any related course
- Knowledgeable in Accounting Software
- Knowledgeable in Google Spreadsheet & MS Excel
- With at least one (1) year experience in Billing & Collection
