Job Description:
- Create detailed process flow charts and documentation to capture current and proposed business processes.
- Gather and analyze business requirements through discussions with internal teams and external stakeholders (i.e. clients, partners).
- Collaborate with the Design Engineer and UI/UX teams to translate business requirements into design specifications.
- Participate in product development projects, contributing to the ideation, testing, and implementation phases.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of pre-deployment activities, such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Beta Testing, to ensure product quality and readiness.
- Support the Assistant Manager in identifying opportunities for process improvement with the Product Development Process (PDP).
- Contribute to post-launch analysis to enhance existing products and services.
- Participate in client meetings and stakeholder discussions to gather insights and feedback for product improvements.
- Assist in the development of Required Traceability Matrix (RTM) documents to ensure alignment between business requirements and product features.
Minimum of Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
- Has knowledge in different tools to create flowcharts, UML, EER diagram and process flow diagrams
- Good technical writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and within groups
- Strong Oral & written communication
- Being detail oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
