We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Officer to join our company. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving business growth.

As a Business Development Officer, you will focus on negotiating and closing deals to meet sales targets. Beyond the initial sale, you will play a crucial role in sustaining and growing relationships with our existing clients to ensure long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and prospects to close sales based on individual and group targets.
  • Build positive, long-term relationships to ensure client retention and business growth.
  • Maintain frequent communication, provide excellent support, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Draft tailored contracts and proposals for potential clients.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations that describe how our solutions meet specific customer needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and assist the Accounts Receivable team with client collections.
  • Escalate and discuss complex client issues with management for timely resolution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • One year of experience in Sales.
  • A high aptitude for learning and professional growth.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals.
  • Skilled in using business application software (MS Office, Google Suite).
  • Willing to work onsite at least 3x/ week
