Responsibilities:
- Assist in filing of documents in A/R Accounting Department
- Update A/R Ledger per account
- Assist in preparing sales invoices to customer
- Collating and sorting legal documents
- Perform all necessary additional functions required by the immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
- Must have basic accounting skills
- Must have own laptop at least (13 4gb Memory)
- Proficient in MS Office/ Google Suites such as Docs and Sheets
- Must be well organized
