Responsibilities:
- Innovation: Conduct research and development to improve products, services, and business operations.
- Testing & Development: Develop and test hardware solutions for new use cases or potential improvements.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware issues and assist other teams or clients with hardware-related concerns.
- Deployment: Occasionally perform fieldwork to guide QA and Field Technicians during Proof of Concept (POC) installations to ensure successful deployment.
- Documentation: Create necessary technical documentation and monitor the performance of newly released solutions.
Qualifications
- BS in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Licensed Electronics Engineer, or Licensed Electronics Technician.
- 1 year related experience, specifically in handling R&D projects.
- Experience with SQL database platforms or programming/application development, a plus.
- Basic knowledge of coding, programming, and electronic circuits.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to navigate various platforms and work with minimal supervision.
- A hardworking, patient, and flexible team player.
