Webcast Technologies, Inc. is looking for a forward-thinking Hardware Engineer to join our team. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovating and maintaining hardware solutions to meet rapid technological growth and evolving client demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Innovation: Conduct research and development to improve products, services, and business operations.
  • Testing & Development: Develop and test hardware solutions for new use cases or potential improvements.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware issues and assist other teams or clients with hardware-related concerns.
  • Deployment: Occasionally perform fieldwork to guide QA and Field Technicians during Proof of Concept (POC) installations to ensure successful deployment.
  • Documentation: Create necessary technical documentation and monitor the performance of newly released solutions.

Qualifications

  • BS in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Licensed Electronics Engineer, or Licensed Electronics Technician.
  • 1 year related experience, specifically in handling R&D projects.
  • Experience with SQL database platforms or programming/application development, a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of coding, programming, and electronic circuits.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate various platforms and work with minimal supervision.
  • A hardworking, patient, and flexible team player.
