Job Description
Will mainly focus on Learning and Development
- Responsible for HR project in creating learning modues
- Proofreading and arranging the modules accordingly
- Reporting updates regarding the status of the project on a weekly basis
- Assist in internal training schedules
Minimum Qualifications
- Studying a degree in Education, Marketing, HR Management, Psychology or other related courses
- Experience in curriculum and syllabus development
- Good in research
- Creative and has basic skills in graphic designing using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and or Illustrator
- Knowledgeable in creating presentation materials (ppt and/ Google Slides)
- Knowledgeable in Google Suite/ Workspace
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge in flipbook creation, and development of learning modules using Toonly or other tools is a plus
