Job Description:
- Perform end-to-end recruitment functions.
- Process employee movements.
- Assist in the implementation of the performance management system.
- Lead the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
- Assist in the review of policies and procedures.
- Assist in training and development programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Psychology, or any related course.
- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Solid background in end-to-end recruitment, with at least 3 years of experience in the IT or logistics industry.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiar with job posting platforms (e.g., Jobstreet, Kalibrr, Indeed) and professional/social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
