Job Description:

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment functions.
  • Process employee movements.
  • Assist in the implementation of the performance management system.
  • Lead the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
  • Assist in the review of policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training and development programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Psychology, or any related course.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Solid background in end-to-end recruitment, with at least 3 years of experience in the IT or logistics industry.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiar with job posting platforms (e.g., Jobstreet, Kalibrr, Indeed) and professional/social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
