Are you a data-driven HR professional who also knows how to throw a great team event? We are looking for a Senior HR Associate to own our Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Engagement programs.
What You’ll Do
Payroll & Benefits Excellence
- Take full ownership of bi-weekly payroll, timekeeping, and year-end annualization.
- Manage company and government benefits with 100% accuracy.
- Act as the go-to expert for employee queries regarding pay and benefits.
HRIS & Data Insights
- Maintain the HRIS, ensuring all employee data is current and troubleshooting system issues with providers.
- Generate and analyze HR KPI reports to help drive data-backed strategies.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Conceptualize and lead the implementation of employee engagement programs and events.
- Collect feedback and analyze the success of our culture-building initiatives.
- Conduct orientations to keep the team informed on our compensation and benefits programs.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Graduate of HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Human Resources, specifically with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits and Employee Engagement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and timekeeping software.
- Expertise in Google Workspace or MS Office.
- Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop is a major plus!
- Key Traits: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can maintain strict confidentiality. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring an energetic, creative spirit to the team.
