At Webcast Technologies, Inc. (WTI), March, as the Women’s Month, is a time to recognize the women who help move the company forward each day. Across teams and roles, they contribute their skills, ideas, and leadership to the work we do.
This year, WTI marked the occasion through a content series titled “Women Tracing Innovation.” The series featured women from different parts of the organization, each with their own story, role, and perspective. From leadership to operations, customer support to design, the series showed how women shape the company in meaningful ways.
Each feature highlighted not only what they do, but how they do it. Some lead with direction and clarity. Others support teams and clients with care and consistency. Some create and design, while others manage systems and keep things running. Together, they reflect the many ways women contribute to innovation at WTI.
The stories also shared personal insights. These ranged from finding balance in growth, to building strength through challenges, to learning to take up space and be heard. While each experience was different, a common thread stood out: growth comes from both learning and showing up with confidence.
Through this initiative, WTI aimed to create space for these voices to be seen and heard. It was also a way to strengthen a culture that values respect, collaboration, and continuous growth.
As Women’s Month comes to a close, the message remains. Supporting women in the workplace means recognizing their contributions, listening to their perspectives, and creating opportunities for them to grow.
